Autograph letter signed from Emond Malone, Foley Place, to Jos. Haslewood [manuscript], 1810 September 30.

Thanks Haslewood for the Italian Taylor but wishes it had been in English since translations seldom do much for Shakespeare. Urges Haslewood to refrain from publishing an essay on Romeus and Juliet since it contains many misapprehensions, which he then outlines.
